These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Unleash Schooling (“Tutoring Service Provider”) and the student/parent/guardian (“Client”) engaging in schooling tutorials.

1. Services Provided

• The Tutoring Service Provider agrees to offer tutoring services as agreed upon. These services may include academic assistance, homework help, test preparation, etc.

2. Payment

• The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for tutoring services promptly. Payment terms, including frequency and methods of payment, are outlined in the invoice or agreement provided by the Tutoring Service Provider.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

• Scheduling of tutorial sessions shall be agreed upon by both parties. Any changes or cancellations should be communicated in advance and adhered to according to the agreed-upon policy. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges as outlined in the cancellation policy.

4. Conduct

• The Tutoring Service Provider and the Client agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all interactions. Any disrespectful, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Materials and Intellectual Property

• All materials provided by the Tutoring Service Provider are for the sole use of the Client for educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

6. Liability

• The Tutoring Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the tutoring services.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments or obligations shall be settled according to the terms outlined in this agreement.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Amendments
